General sales conditions of MOTOR YACHT CHARTER & Cie (hereafter referred to as MYC)
Clause 1: “Obligations of MYC” The company MYC shall make available the motor yacht mentioned in the estimate accepted by the client chartering the vessel, duly fitted out with crew and equipment. The motor yacht is guaranteed seaworthy, and in a good state of repair and cleanliness.
